In commemoration of the four month anniversary of the event when the beech marten, a member of the weasel family, chewed through wiring connected to a 66,000-volt transformer causing the world’s largest and most powerful particle accelerator to shut down, the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, a group of seven artists move in to a house in Shiryaevo, investigating among other topics, the garden as a metaphor for insanity, a borrowed home as a metaphor for life, psychiatric diagnoses as a working method, gifting kisses to monuments, art beyond the autism spectra, financial closed circuits and the conserving effect of alcohol. 7 weasels as 7 dwarfs undermining a house that will eventually be swept away by the wind.
Serious Collision Investigation Unit is an artist coalition working on location, producing works collectively and on demand of other artists. In all these 7 artists present the works of 27 artists in order to grasp all the dimensions of the included topics.
